Blaze is a well built officially measured 15" hound who finished for his field championship as a two year old. Blaze is fast and aggressive on the drive, has the brains to make the turns, and snap back to get the check. Blaze possesses a superior nose, uses his mouth right and has the ability to gear down when necessary to walk the line out. Blaze will not run off game, is a hard hunter, is a good jump dog, and has a loud squall mouth that goes into a chop on the drive. Blaze never has had to miss a trial due to being sick or injured and he has endless bottom. Blaze has won and placed on snow and sod, large and small pack, on hare and cottontail proving he can do it all. Blaze has placed in five different associations, seven different states and under twenty two different judges in the AKC. Blaze already has pups placing in licensed trials. Blaze seems to be stamping his abilities into his pups just like his ancestors.
